because a lot of our actions are based on first impressions. Or maybe your mom and dad said you should read it. Or maybe you seriously think this book is good for you. .'
Whatever the reason, by reading this, you have taken the first step to getting a life! I have no intention of giving you any kind of lectures you most probably get that from your parents, teachers, and family, whatever. No, let me be totally up front with you: I am one of you and believe me, I learnt the hard way.
No doubt, a lot of you are definitely smarter than me and already know how important it is to stop drifting and Be Somebody. But for you lucky guys, too, there are tips on how to make things even better.
I have just about stopped being a teenager but let me tell you, I went' through hell. I had no idea what I was doing or where I was going. I did all the stuff that teens are "supposed" to do. You know, like hang out with friends, chill at the movies, party like mad, etc. etc. etc. I was a total wastage. I wasn't contributing anything to making life pleasant at home. I wasn't contributing anything to society.

Today's teens are future leaders of our families, societies, and country. It’s My Life teaches them the value of hard work, love, integrity, setting and achieving goals, and taking responsibility and initiative, all of which are characteristics of effective leaders."
